Refund Policy

Return eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible, unopened, unused, and resalable products made within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, altered, or damaged-after-delivery personal care products are not eligible for return. Final-sale items, promotional gifts, and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by law.

Starting a return

Email admin@niojun.store before returning any product. Include your name, order number, item, and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions when the item is eligible. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Once approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to post a completed refund.
